• we use high quality terminology resources (specialised glossaries, professional terminology data banks, standardised terminology, technical dictionaries, reference books, etc.)
• we draw terms from all the resources that you already have and send us (existing documents, internet sites, etc.)
• with you, we develop your custom glossary, which will ensure consistent and disciplined use of terminology in the long term.

What quality assurance?

• we offer the security of independent proofreading: a proofreader teams up with the translator to optimise quality, style and consistency.
• we also offer the power of the computer tool, which always warns the translator about the major causes of possible errors, including spelling and grammar, of course, but also: omitted sentences, repeated words, consistent punctuation, brackets, figures, dates, times, measurements, proper names and much more.

What about the page layout of your document?

• For directly usable translations, we work in your document format and so can provide identical page layout! (Office tools: Word, Excel Powerpoint, Publisher, Visio, Adobe software: Page Maker, InDesign, FrameMaker, DreamWeaver, Illustrator and others: Quark XPress, Multilizer and many others!)

A document that you have translated is rarely unimportant. So we are committed to complete confidentiality.
Absolute professional confidentiality is the golden rule for our associates, who only have access to the documents they are working on, and only for the duration of their involvement. Our computer system is secure, just like your archived translations. We have templates available for specific confidentiality agreements.
