Qualities required for a trainer's position (as an employee):
o Baccalaureate + minimum 3 years further education or employment experience or overseas equivalent
o Working experience in adult education or training
o Aptitude for communication
o Personality open to the business world
o Genuine desire to teach language to adults

o Baccalaureate + minimum 5 years further education or employment experience or overseas equivalent
o Working experience in the field of professional translation
o Excellent computer skills including CAT software tools
